Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wake PC ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Wake PC is an iOS application that allows you to remotely control your computer over a local network. The App provides features including:

• Wake-on-LAN functionality to turn on your computer
• Power management (shutdown, restart, sleep)
• Volume control
• Multiple computer profile management

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Requirements

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a compatible iOS device
• Have a computer on the same local network
• Properly configure Wake-on-LAN settings on your computer (if using that feature)

Premium Subscription

Subscription Plans

• Monthly Subscription: $1.99/month
• Yearly Subscription: $11.99/year

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not have access to or control over Apple's refund process.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Access computers you don't own or have permission to control
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Wake-on-LAN will work with all computer configurations

Limitation of Liability

Network Requirements

The App requires:

• Your iPhone and computer to be on the same local network
• Proper network configuration for Wake-on-LAN
• Firewall settings that allow the App to communicate with your computer

We are not responsible if the App doesn't work due to network configuration issues.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or App Store. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Apple Terms

This App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail.
