Wake PC is an application for controlling your computer over local network. We take your privacy seriously and strive to be completely transparent about data collection and usage.
What Data We Collect
We DO NOT collect any personal data.
Wake PC operates exclusively on your local network and does not send any information to external servers.
Data that stays on your device:
- Connection settings — MAC address, IP address, ports, and security token of your computer
- Computer profiles — Names and emojis you assign to your computers
- App settings — Selected theme
All this data is stored locally on your iPhone and never leaves your device.
App Permissions
Local Network Access
The app requests permission to use local network for:
- Wake-on-LAN — Sending "magic packet" to turn on your computer
- Agent API — Power management (shutdown, reboot, sleep) and volume control
Important: Data is transmitted only within your local network (e.g., home Wi-Fi). No data is sent to the internet or external servers.
How We Use Data
- Local storage — All settings are stored on your iPhone using standard UserDefaults mechanism
- Local transmission — Commands are sent directly to your computer on local network
- No analytics — We don't use any analytics or tracking services
Third-Party Data Sharing
We DO NOT share any data with third parties because we don't collect any data at all.
The app does not contain:
- Advertising
- Analytics
- Trackers
- Social media integration
- Cloud synchronization
Security
Your data is protected:
- Local storage — Data is stored in iOS app sandbox
- Encryption — Data is protected by standard iOS encryption
- Security token — Agent on computer uses token to authenticate requests
Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Data deletion — Delete the app to completely remove all data
- Data modification — You can change or delete computer profiles at any time

We may update this privacy policy. We will notify you of any changes through App Store app update.
